| Ozzie "Bubbles Posted: 15 Jul 2013 03:57 PM PDT Best Review on Realore Studios Ozzy Bubbles Download  This game completes my traversal of all 27 of the Nancy Drew Games, and I must doff my hat to Cathy Roiters and HERINTERACTIVE for coming up with an entirely new and fresh approach to the Drew genre.
For one thing, the graphics, voice-overs, music, and, above all, PLOTS, are superior to the games in "early" and "middle" Drew. There are also more suspects and more and more agonizing puzzles. I place "The Deadly Device" on top, as best of the new batch, with "Tomb of the Lost Queen" coming in a close second. "Alibi in Ashes" was good, but a bit of a runaround, switching the investigation back and forth between Nancy's friends while she was in jail.
"Tomb of the Lost Queen" held my interest from the very beginning. The characters ran from trustworthy to deceitful to downright vicious, AND, there was a big choice of suspects, a luxury not always afforded in earlier games.
There were hidden passages and tunnels featured -- tombs to be opened (by hook or crook) -- lockers and personal items to open (if you can!) -- and even poisonous snakes to contend with. Couple this with a water supply crisis -- a boss who is hospitalized -- and dangerous areas to explore and conquer -- and you have a winner!
This was truly a wonderful game, and I can't wait for the release of yet another Nancy Drew effort which is due around the end of April.
