Summer is packed with lots of fun things to do and places to go. It is one of the best time to engage in outdoor activities whether it is getting together with friends, going to the beach, road trips, etc. Every year, we make sure to explore and discover new adventures with my family and loved ones.

We just returned from our summer SNACKATION beach trip in Forks, Washington. It was the perfect way to end a long, yet fun summer! We have been planning to visit many beautiful places here in Washington state for a long time, and we have been lucky enough to visit Forks, Washington and other beautiful places this year. We can’t get enough of these beautiful places and the children wished to visit again soon.

As everyone knows, packing snacks and foods are the best way to save money on any summer fun adventure. Before our trip, we went to Walmart to come up with snack food options for the trip. What we came up worked out perfect for our road trip and also for snacks at the beach in La Push, Washington.

Every time we go to the beach, our children are always all set to run around, play and have lots of fun under the sun. When we reach the beach, we always make sure they have their sunscreen on since it is so difficult to get them to sit still every time they see the beach. For this trip, I prepared my children’s favorite peanut butter and jelly sandwiches made with Jif Whips, Smucker's Strawberry Jelly, Unscrustables and lots of fruits.

As you have seen, we had plenty of snack solutions this summer because we went to Walmart since there is definitely so much more to choose from. What about you? Did you do well with your summer SNACKATION this year?

If you are planning for your upcoming trip, make Walmart your "SNACKATION" destination! Make sure to stop by Walmart, your "SNACKATION" destination to stock up on go-to summer snack solutions!

Make Walmart Your “SNACKATION” Destination

Summertime is packed with a lot of enjoyable things you can do and places to go! This summer, we’ve been to different places, food festivals, the beach, the zoo, galleries and museums, and a family road trip to Forks, Washington.

In the past, I've made the mistake of not having enough snacks on a long day trip to Nevada and it was one of the worst long trip we ever had. I know I need to pack the kinds of snacks that keep everybody happy throughout all of these journeys, so I went to Walmart: Our Favorite #Snackation Destination to pick up some goodies and snacks for an upcoming beach trip and basketball try-outs of our daughter next week.

I let my children to choose what we’re going to pack and they picked our favorite flavor of Smucker's jam, strawberry and I also grabbed a jar of Jif Whips for our sandwich, Jif Chocolate Flavored Hazelnut Spread, Smucker's Squeeze in strawberry flavor and Unscrustables. Our picnic menu is fairly simple and doesn’t include fatty or junk food. We’re going to pack a lot of fruits, vegetables, sandwiches and water. Walmart is my “SNACKATION” destination simply because I can stock up on all this without going broke.

Planning a #Snackation with an upcoming daycation is super easy! If you are planning your upcoming vacation, staycation, or daycation, you should definitely stop by Walmart, your "SNACKATION" destination to stock up on go-to summer snack solutions!

Make sure to check back and see what we have done for our #Snackation summer fun adventure!

Stylage and wrinkles

Posted: 11 Sep 2015 08:54 PM PDT

Wrinkles are a natural byproduct of aging. They start appearing on our face when we reach forties and they are a good sign that a body is no longer able to produce natural substance that keep skin elastic, plump and hydrated. They severely impact our good looks and our confidence. Also, they are a grim reminder that our time on this world is limited and that we need to spend it the best way we can. This is why pharmaceutical companies have developed medical fillers and other similar drugs in order to counter this problem.

Nowadays, cosmetic treatments rank as the most popular medical procedures. Of course, unlike some other interventions that are used to treat specific problem, esthetic treatments can be used by anyone. Among different options that are presented to us, fillers are regarded as a newer solution to wrinkles and folds. The reason for its popularity lies in the drug. Unlike botox, that uses toxin, or esthetic surgeries which can severely deform one's face, fillers are quite harmless and final product is predictable. Secret lies in the main ingredient for these drugs. Modern medical fillers are based on organic hyaluronic acid. This is the most important substance in dermis giving it volume and elasticity. Pharmaceutical companies produce it from bacteria and animal tissue ensuring that human body can easily absorb it. Unlike some other cosmetic products that are mixture of potentially harmful substances and toxins, organic matters used for medical filler ensure that a patient will experience no side effects and that a body can absorb content of the drug after some time.

Medical fillers are used for lower regions of face such as corner of the mouth, nasolabial folds, lips and jaw. Doctors also use it for neck and cleavage but this kind of treatment has high risk because of many blood vessels in the area that can easily be punctured by a needle. Some filler give us an option to hydrate the skin while others are good for acne and scars.

When you visit doctor's office for the first time, there will be no need for allergic tests because Stylage does not cause allergic reactions. In fact, patient doesn't require any type of preparation beforehand. Treatment is very quick (about 15 minutes) after which you can continue with your daily routine. However, there are certain things that you need to be careful about. Use of alcohol is forbidden during the following day. Same goes for physical exercise. Have in mind that creams and lotions can easily irritate skin. Doctor can recommend a good cream which can be used after the treatment without any side effects.

Even though this procedure is quite harmless, there are certain situations when it is not recommended. Patients who are expecting a child or breastfeeding, people with inflammation or facial infections, as well as people who recently had cosmetic treatment on their face should consult with doctor before proceeding with this treatment. According to Doctor Medica, side effects are negligible when you use Stylage. Minor skin irritation may appear but that's about that.
