If there one thing that my friend has been hoping for, that would be to buy a house for her family. Ever since she can remember, they have transferred from one house to another because they do not have a house of their own. The desire to finally own a house has been her primary motivation in finishing her studies and finding a stable job.

I am really proud of her because she now has a stable job that does not only pay well but a job that she really wants and excels in. Her savings has also allowed her to pay the down payment needed for the rent-to-own house that she availed through the government's housing program. Houses that were re-acquired by the government have been made available making it possible for others to own a house at a much lower price. The house that she has purchased through the program hasn't been occupied for several years already.

She has bought a Mold detector that will help her determine if the house has been infested with molds. The initial results have not been reliable that she has actually bought additional Mold test kits. She told me that if there are indeed molds in the house, she may have to hire professionals to conduct additional Test for mold to determine the extent of the damage. I just hope that she doesn't have to spend a lot of money because she still has a lot to purchase for the house.

A friend is excited about finally having the family vacation that they have planning for a couple of months now. They have actually been saving for it for quite some time. They want it to be special since this will be their first family vacation. Their children are old enough to travel and to appreciate the sights and adventure that they will be having.

Aside from making sure that they have acquired the necessary travel documents, they are also making sure that they will have everything that they will need on their week-long vacation. It'll be the summer season where they will be going so it is only wise for them to bring summer clothes. They will also need some desert boots since they plan spend a day on sandy terrains. They plan to buy a pair for each of them on the store where they purchase the safety boots that my friend's husband is using at work. It is a huge commercial store with a wide variety of items available like combat boots.

In a few days time, my friend and her entire family will finally be having the family vacation that I'm sure will be a great bonding experience for them. I wish them well.
