| Posted: 08 Sep 2012 07:50 PM PDT This is Dinuguan in Visayan or Pork Blood Stew in English. The main ingredients of Dinuguan are pork intestine, pig’s blood, vinegar, garlic, siling mahaba. But my cousin used ground pork for this one instead of pork intestine. As for the pig's blood, she used black pudding as a substitute. . Share |
