All I can say about Gaige is that she is a great character and hours of fun will be had playing with her! Her actions skill is the Deathtrap a giant robot that flies around the battlefield killing your enemies. It is loads of fun and her skill trees are very interesting and unique. Like I said the title I think she's more of my favorite characters to use just loads of fun.
The cool thing is that when you buy this you get the vault hunters relic and starting guns and skins from the collectors edition. In the vault hunters relic is kind of cool it boosts rare drops by 5% (actually what it does makes it so less white guns i.e. the most common gun type drop less) and I can be useful. also useful is the starting guns you get to make your first few levels when starting a new character a lot easier. Now you will use those guns for very long as they are low level white guns but they're very cool just to have.
One of her skill trees is called best friends forever and it's where of your not very good at first-person shooters you'll want to invest your skill points heavily in this tree. And then her opposite skill tree which you believe is called the anarchy tree is the one you invest in a pure good and want to challenge. So really she can be either challenging to play as or more on the easy side depending on how you build your skill tree.
The way I look at it for $4.49 (at the time of writing this) you can play through the game two more times and you will have a really strong and fun character play with.
