Free Google Voice Invitation for Students

Some time back we told you about Google voice service and since that time people are looking to get a Google voice account. Right now Google voice is invitation based . Though Google understand that this service could be very useful for students and that's why they started offering Google voice invitation to students.

Students need to have .edu Email address in order to grab Google voice invitation.

According to official announcement:

We've heard college students in particular really appreciate getting their voicemail sent to their email, sending free text messages and reading voicemail transcriptions rather than listening to messages (especially handy while in class).starting today, we'll be giving priority Google Voice invites to students. To get an invite, just visit google.com/voice/students and enter an email address that that ends in .edu.

So if you are a student you can quickly grab your Google voice account.

I have a friend who has to write reports in two different languages and most times my friend ends up writing two reports separately. With Google Docs you can actually get a decent translated text version and then of course carry out changes which are relevant to give it that human touch and iron out the intricacies of any language. But what if you do not use Google Docs?

Fox Tab: Look up tabs in Firefox in 3D layout

Looking up your bookmarks on Firefox can be a little annoying especially if we like to keep the browser clean and simple. Bookmarks and tabs being looked up with a simple click is an absolute must.

FoxTab is a Firefox addon which allows adding web-pages as a bookmark and then looking them up in 3d layout which makes it easy to look up these websites with a simple click.

About Fox Tab

Download and install FoxTab on your Firefox browser and you can start adding your favorite websites to FoxTab.
This is not just a great way to bookmark and looking 10-15 websites which you use regularly but also it can double up as a way to look up open tabs.
FoxTab has 3D interface while you look up tabs which are open on Firefox. As a blogger most times I easily have 8-10 tabs open.

There are obviously better options like Fox marks to bookmark websites on Firefox but this add-on is actually a better way to look up tabs. You might also like to ready about vertical tabs on Chrome browser.

Get Old Layout of Google Back

Few days back we shared with you that Google has came up with new layout . No wonder that Google's layout is more attractive and colorful. I like the image search part most. But yet I am not use to the new interface of Google.

Even if you miss the old layout of Google then there is an option to use old Google to search the results. You just need to use a link, to get the old Google layout.
