Trying out a new health and fitness regimen has always been on top of most people's New Year's resolutions when a new year begins. Those who have realized that they have practicing the wrong health habits are now finding out ways on how they can correct or eliminate them. Unfortunately, some of them fail early because they do not have the support they need to pursue their goal.
